Terms of Service

Accounts And Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone you invite to a workspace follows these terms.

You may use pm0 only if you can form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

The Service

pm0 helps founders and product teams turn customer calls, interviews, analytics, feedback, and product context into product decisions and suggested next moves. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

Some features may be offered as beta, preview, or early-access features. Those features may be incomplete, change quickly, or become unavailable.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you submit to pm0, including workspace data, research artifacts, feedback, notes, files, and integration data. You grant Khatib Industries LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve pm0.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to use it with pm0, including any personal information, confidential information, or third-party data.

AI Outputs

pm0 may use AI systems to generate summaries, suggestions, product analysis, and other outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to use them.

pm0 is not a substitute for legal, financial, security, medical, or other professional advice.

Acceptable Use

You may not use pm0 to violate law, infringe rights, upload content you do not have permission to use, transmit malicious code, abuse or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or bypass usage limits or security controls.

You may not use pm0 to process highly sensitive data unless we have agreed to appropriate terms in writing.

Third-Party Services

pm0 may connect with third-party services at your direction. You authorize us to access and process information from those services as needed to provide the integration. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their products or conduct.

Fees

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or in an applicable order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing on notice for future billing periods.

Termination

You may stop using pm0 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

pm0 is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khatib Industries LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khatib Industries LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to pm0 will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD if you have not paid us.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Khatib Industries LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of pm0, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Khatib Industries LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes And Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Questions can be sent to fouad@k.industries.
