We collect information you provide directly, including account details, contact information, workspace names, project content, research notes, interview summaries, feedback, product decisions, and files or text you add to pm0.

If you connect third-party tools, we collect the information needed to provide that integration, such as authorization tokens, repository metadata, issue data, customer feedback, analytics exports, notes, or other content you authorize pm0 to access.

We also collect usage, device, log, and diagnostic information, such as pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, and error reports. We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the service, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve pm0; create and update your workspaces; process product context; generate suggestions and analysis; support integrations; respond to support requests; communicate service updates; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

pm0 uses AI systems to help analyze product context and produce outputs. Your workspace content may be sent to AI infrastructure providers so they can process requests on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use private workspace content to train public foundation models.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate pm0, including infrastructure, database, hosting, analytics, authentication, email, security, customer support, and AI processing providers. These providers may process information only to provide services to us.

We may share information with third-party integrations at your direction, with your organization or workspace members according to your settings, in connection with a business transaction, or when required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent harm, or enforce our terms.

Retention And Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide pm0, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Workspace content is retained while your account or workspace remains active unless you delete it or ask us to delete it. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period before deletion.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices And Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

International Transfers And Children

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. pm0 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
